Cleared Jobs was launched with the aim of providing an online recruitment facility dedicated to the Security Cleared jobs market. Cleared Jobs is backed by a team with an in-depth knowledge of the recruitment industry. This experience has informed every aspect of the development of the site to ultimately deliver benefits to job seekers and recruiters alike, allowing us to operate effectively with companies working within industries such as defence, aerospace, Government, IT & engineering.

We offer an exclusive and specialist service which means that the vacancies posted on our site are highly targeted and specific to the type of jobs our candidates are looking for. Furthermore, recruiters know that their jobs will be viewed by a high proportion of Security Cleared candidates, saving them time sifting through vast, generalised databases in a quest to find candidates who hold security clearance. This process is expedited by an array of features available to both candidates and recruiters. Upon completing our free registration process candidates can choose to activate their own Virtual Consultant Tool (VCT) which will automatically notify them by email when a job is added to the system which closely matches their skill set. Furthermore, Candidates can use our Tracking tool to monitor the progress of their job applications from first contact right through to placement, putting the candidate in firm control of the recruitment process. Recruiters can benefit from the same feature in order to monitor the success of their job postings. A range of other tools can be purchased which are intended to increase responses to their jobs, as well as promote their corporate profile.

Cleared Jobs is dedicated to the principles of security, confidentiality and exclusivity. Candidates are pre-vetted to ensure that the integrity of our candidate database is maintained at all times whilst recruiters enter into a commercial agreement with Cleared Jobs to gain full access to the site.
